We are actively recruiting an experienced, board certified neurologist to be the second neurologist in a multi-specialty group in Sequim, WA. The ideal candidate would have an interest in sleep medicine and would help lead the establishment of this specialty at OMC while partnering with other primary care and subspecialty offerings within the community.

Neurologist - Ft Lewis, Washington - 11/14/11
Eagle Applied Sciences, LLC. Is searching for a Board Certified Neurologist to practice at Madigan Army Medical Center Ft. Lewis, Washington. The Neurologist will diagnose and treat active duty service members, their dependents, retirees and eligible beneficiaries of the Military Healthcare System. Must be a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine DO from an accredited college or university. Completed a Family Practice Residency, completed an accredited program of Neurology. Possess 3 years’ experience as a Neurologist and meets all licensing and certification requirements to perform as a Neurologist, currently licensed in the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands. Graduates of foreign medical schools are required to possess both a medical license and other certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates ECFMG or 5th Pathway.
